Refund Policy (Skilloria)

Last updated: February 08, 2026 Remote & Confidential
  1. Scope. This Refund Policy applies to remote consulting services and digital deliverables provided by Skilloria.

  2. No Physical Goods. We do not ship physical products and do not provide on-site or field services.

  3. Consulting Nature. Services are advisory/informational; refunds are handled according to scheduling and delivery status described below.

  4. Free Discovery Call. If offered, the initial discovery call is free and has no refund implications.

  5. Paid Sessions. Paid sessions (if applicable) are refundable only under the conditions described in this policy.

  6. Cancellation Before Work Starts. If you cancel before any paid work begins (e.g., before the scheduled session or before document preparation starts), you may request a full refund, subject to processing timelines.

  7. Late Cancellation. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled paid session may be ineligible for a refund due to reserved time.

  8. No-Shows. Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may be treated as a completed service and is generally non-refundable.

  9. Rescheduling. You may request to reschedule; we will use reasonable efforts to accommodate based on availability. Rescheduling is preferred over refunds when possible.

  10. Partial Delivery. If part of a project has been delivered (e.g., draft documents, analysis), refunds may be reduced proportionally to reflect completed work.

  11. Digital Deliverables. Once a custom digital deliverable is substantially completed and delivered, it is generally non-refundable due to its bespoke nature.

  12. Client Delays. If delays are caused by missing client inputs or approvals, refunds may not be available for completed work or reserved time.

  13. Quality Concerns. If you believe deliverables do not match the agreed scope, contact us promptly; we may offer revisions consistent with the original scope instead of refunds.

  14. Revisions. Reasonable revisions (as defined in your agreement) may be included; additional revisions outside scope may incur extra fees.

  15. Disputes. Refund disputes should be submitted in writing with relevant details (date, scope, invoice, and issue).

  16. Processing Time. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method when possible; timelines may depend on payment providers/banks.

  17. Non-Refundable Fees. Transaction fees charged by third-party processors may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

  18. Fraud & Abuse. We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy manipulation.

  19. Chargebacks. Please contact us before filing a chargeback; unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of services.

  20. Policy Updates. We may update this policy; the version posted on this page is the current version.
